What is Custom Digitizing

Embroidery digitizing is a process to convert artwork to stitches. The embroidery machines can read the stitch file made by our program. These machines will sew the hats, shirts, jackets, bags, etc. With digitized files, the Quality of the embroidery will be the same on one piece or on thousands of pieces.

Digitizing Process

We receive the Estimate Request .
We get the Logo Picture to our email address:
Webraffix at Vodmochka dot com.
We email back the Estimate with:
Price, Stitchcount, Time needed for digitizing.
After we received your order, we will:
Digitize the design and Sew it out;
Make any adjustment necessary;
Send you a "digitized design printout" for approval;
Email you the design in your selected machine file.
You sew out the design on the fabric, it will be used,
We will make adjustments on the design, if necessary.

Digitizing Quality

We digitize all designs for the optimal look with least amount of stitches, trims and color changes possible. We always sew Samples on our Toyota one head machine and try to eliminate tread breaks and other production problems. We achieve this by gathering the Details for the production, getting the best possible Artwork and by using the best embroidery softwares available in the industry, Wilcom and Pulse systems. We also have extensive technical and artistic Experience to create beautiful smooth running designs.

Reliability

We stand behind our work. We do most of the small designs within 24 hours with No Extra Charge. Larger designs will take more time wich we will indicate in our Free Estimate. We always deliver on time. If any adjustment is needed, we do it free of charge for the original artwork, and for a fee, if you want to make any changes to the design. Sample Sew-outs

We give sample sew outs on request. We also recommend for embroidery companies to make one sample before mass production because of the different machines, fabrics and threads used and the differences in personal tastes. 

Production Details

To achieve the best results we will need to know the following:

The exact size of the design: Width x Height

The placement of the design: Left chest, front center, back, sleeve, etc.

Garment type: Shirt, hat-constructed or soft, jacket, bag, etc.

Fabric type: Denim, twill, pique, cotton, jersey, leather, fleece, berber, etc.

Fabric weight: 6oz, 8oz, 14oz, etc.

Backing and/or topping type: Cut-away, tear-away, etc.

Colors desired

Artwork for Embroidey

We digitize Logos, Emblems, Portraits and Picturesfor Embroidery.
For highest quality designs we need good artwork.
We like to use vector files, but bitmaps are also acceptable:

AI, EPS, TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPG, etc... and
Most other files used by Adobe (CS and earlier), Corel Graphis Suite (11 and earlier) and Macromedia (MX and earlier) programs.
Please Contact us for other file types.

For simple designs 72-150 dpi is sufficient. For detailed, intricate designs, or for Embroidery Portraits we might need pictures with 300 dpi or higher.
We will Not digitize copyrighted designs or logos unless we get the permission from the owner, or a copy of the Permission of Use for that particular design or logo.

We have many years of experience in art, photography, art history, freehand drawing, technical drawing, painting, lighting design, costume design, dress design, sewing and hand embroidery even before we thought of getting into machine embroidery.

For large or simple designs we offer discounts, depending on the complexity.

Our basic charge is $3.00-$10.00/1000 stitches. Minimum $30.00;

Changes on the designs are $3.00-$10.00/1000 stitches. Minimum $20.00;

We have special prices for Embroidery Portraits.
